Questions about pet memorial portraits
Will the portrait look exactly like my pet?
That is the aim, but exact likeness is not guaranteed. AI can change coat markings, eyes, ears or expression. Compare the portrait with the original before sharing or printing.
Will I receive a print or a framed picture?
No. This tool delivers a downloadable digital image. Printing, framing and shipping are not included; it does not create a video.
What is the difference between the two styles?
Oil painting requests visible brushwork and canvas texture; watercolor requests translucent washes and paper texture. Both are AI-created digital artworks, not hand-painted originals. No names, dates, wings or religious imagery are added automatically.
How many credits does a portrait use?
Each new image uses 1 credit from your existing account balance. Creating the other style or generating another version uses another credit. Signing in and re-downloading an existing result do not spend credits.
Who can see my photo and portrait?
They are not published automatically. When you generate, an external AI provider processes the photo and instructions. Your result is saved in private account history. Read the privacy policy before submitting sensitive material.
What if generation fails or the portrait feels wrong?
A confirmed technical failure returns the reserved credit. While processing, check your history before starting again. An unwanted artistic change is different from a technical failure; use the feedback control to tell us what changed.
Can I print the downloaded portrait?
You can arrange your own private print. Suitable print size depends on the actual downloaded dimensions and your printer's requirements. Inspect the image first; we do not promise a particular paper size or provide printing.
Generating sends your photo and instructions to an external AI provider. Its retention period has not been independently verified; deleting a result here may not delete provider-held copies. Photos and instructions are sent to an external processing provider only when you generate. Results stay private in your account. Read the privacy policy
New works created with a membership are kept while it is active and for 30 days after the paid period ends. We send advance download reminders. Canceling renewal does not end the paid period early. New works created without a membership are kept for 30 days after successful completion. Download them before they expire. Older works keep their original retention terms. Your account shows the applicable expiry date for new works.
