Refund Policy

This policy applies to credit purchases on PhotoMemorial.

The 14-day unused-credit policy

You may request a refund within 14 calendar days of purchase. The eligible amount is calculated in proportion to credits from that purchase that have not been consumed by a successful HD generation or AI refinement.

For example, if a five-credit pack is purchased and one credit has been successfully used, up to four-fifths of the purchase price may be eligible, subject to taxes, mandatory law, payment disputes, or non-refundable processor charges where lawful.

What is not refundable

• Credits consumed by a successful HD generation or AI refinement;
• a request submitted after the 14-day window, unless mandatory law requires otherwise;
• losses caused by violating the Terms, fraud, chargeback abuse, or unlawful use;
• dissatisfaction based only on ordinary disclosed AI limitations after the related credit was successfully consumed, except where mandatory consumer law provides a remedy.

Failed generations

When the image service times out, returns an error, or produces no usable response, the reserved image credit is returned automatically. Re-downloading an existing successful image does not cost another credit. An automatic credit return is not a second cash refund; you may still request a proportional cash refund for that unused credit within the applicable window.

How to request a refund

Send your account email, order number, purchase date, and reason to support@photomemorial.ai. Do not send card numbers or identity documents unless support provides a verified, lawful request channel. PhotoMemorial AI will confirm the eligible unused-credit amount before submitting a refund to Stripe.

Processing time and mandatory rights

After approval, Stripe and your bank control when funds appear. This commonly takes 5–10 business days but is not guaranteed by PhotoMemorial AI. Nothing in this policy limits non-waivable consumer rights in your location.
